At “Think Balance!” we are offering a selection of corporate-friendly massage treatments, using a unique blend of massage techniques, such as Indian Head Massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu, and Reflexology, to target stress and tension. Treatments are performed fully clothed on a comfortable massage chair, without the use of oils or creams. They are proven to be particularly beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk and working in front of a computer. A treatment usually takes anything from 15 to 30 minutes.
We understand that our clients will have to go back to work after the massage. Therefore we have designed our office massages to be de-stressing and re-energizing while not being tiring. So you won’t feel too exhausted after having enjoyed your treatment and have enough energy for the rest of your workday.
Some of the chair massage benefits include:
- General de-stressing effect
- Relief of tension-related aches and pains
- Energy and productivity boost
- Improved staff morale
Massage sessions can be boosted by using pre-blended aromatherapy oils or warm bamboo sticks. For more information on boosters, please get in touch with us.
For those, interested in a complementary treatment, we are offering Foot Reflexology Massage sessions. Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet and lower leg correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside conventional healthcare to promote better health for their clients. The treatment is performed on bare feet, with or without cream, using unique micro movement techniques such as thumb or finger walking and hook and backup with the goal of creating a response throughout the body. Treatment lasts 30 mins and includes consultation and the actual foot treatment.
Some of the Foot Reflexology Massage benefits are:
- Reduction of stress
- Benefits the nervous system
- Releases tension build ups
- Speeds up healing process when used together with conventional medical treatments
